So it spins, buttons work...but no air is coming out....

I took the backing off to see if it was dirty or clogged, nothing everything is good with that. The part that spins the air out doesn't spin...it stop spinning.

I got it to work for about 5 mins to spin, but it stopped right after

I tried everything it’s still not blowing air,, it’s low very low and it sounds terrible when it’s on

Fan not working no cool air
So it spins, buttons work...but no air is coming out....
