Wobbly base. Fan rocks when rotating. White wire looped out of right side of plastic case. Fan has low volume of air when on high speed. My address is 633 Iberis Rd S, Abilene TX 79606 as you requested. Do I post pics and video on Amazon as you requested? Only way I know to do as you requested. I know how the base is supposed to fit I Don’t need to see a video. I sent you a picture that one side is higher than the other and I want a replacement.

Look, i’m 74 years old and I don’t have a way of returning the fans. These were sent to the apartment office and from there they brought it to my front door. They will not pick it up as I’ve had problems with them picking up merchandise before for me to return. Also I don’t have the strength to put it in my car or take it out to return it. So please just send me another base or the Better Business Bureau might like to know what’s going on
