Air purifiers can only purify dust above PM2.5 or odorous dust, and cannot remove odorous components of inorganic compounds (non-dust).
1. Check if the filter packaging has been removed.
2. Make sure that the area is smaller than 283ft²/28.3㎡
3. Make sure the windows are as close as polluted air may continue coming in from outside of the windows.
4. The overloaded filter will make the fan work harder to pass the air through. Consider replacing the filter if it is clogged.
5. Do not place in crowded areas and corners.
6. Check if the air outlet and inlet are obstructed.
7. The AQ sensor may be blocked by dirt such as hair and affect the accuracy. Need to open and check the back sensor, refer to the manual to clean the AQ sensor.
